Check in service staff weren't friendly or helpful. Last time my mini was in for service it wasn't washed and I had to take it back another day. This time I asked if it will be cleaned and explained what happened before. I was noted on paperwork

I worked with the Head of Service who stepped in when the Mini Team we're dealing with other customers. He provided updates at every step of the way, answered questions and was very responsive.

Our car recently developed a problem with it's computer and the initial response from Baron's was very poor due to the apparent unavailability of a courtesy car. We were advised to contact 'Mini breakdown' who understandably did not want to know.

The additional charge for a brake fluid change not being included in the plc XL package was an issue. This was well resolved by the person on service reception but, I my opinion, it should never have arisen. The 'small print' is rarely read!!!

I was kept informed through the whole process from booking in to being kept informed during the day of costs involved and timings. My car was picked up and delivered back to me. Very friendly and professional staff.

although I live in a relative big city (Cambridge), service centre is in another small town. Replacement car is only bookable more than one month or even two months in advance. This makes any service and emergency fix very difficult.

There are not enough characters to explain the incompetency of staff at Barons Cambridge. It took 4 trips wasting my time and fuel to replace a small piece of decorative trim which literally needed sticking on. The reception staff however are v good.
