The whole process was straight forward.
Ashley, was excellent, he was not pushy and kept me updated regularly with the build.
Only not completely satisfied due to the length of time they needed my car for a relatively small thing...

The video was excellent! But the way that faults were presented inconsistent between the video, written report, and conversation with the service rep. A fault was reported as minor in one, but urgent in another. Quote for repair was very high.
Everything went really well. Really appreciated the 7.30am opening which allowed me to get to work on time.

Very helpful and professional. However the car had been in for an MOT and they should have seen from the key that it was getting ready for an oil change. It could have been handled with one visit. That is kind of disappointing. Would have be 5*.

I was sent a video of the tyre check with a commentary which re-assured me my car was being properly looked after. I had a full report verbally given to me when I picked the car up.

Easy to drop off and collect. Service prepaid when buying car. Last year terrible: agreed collection time, arrived as promised, desk gone home. Others did not want to help: "come back tomorrow, don't care if you work in London and prepaid". :-(
Booking for warranty work was far too long time frame. No courteous car available unless i waited 8 weeks. I then asked whether i could have Hybrid demonstration car and no-one confirmed this until i rang to check a week from service date.

I was offered coffee, biscuits and a place to work. The music was a bit loud for working, but otherwise great.
Rather chaotic check in process for service.
Don't understand why one minor but urgent problem was not seen to, and why I wasn't contacted to be asked if another non urgent but important issue should be seen to there and then. I would have been happy to pay for both.

Staff were very helpful and unlike a lot of dealers I've dealt with in the past, knew their stuff. Too often I find I know more than them, in this case that wasn't true.
Very poor indeed. Left for over 25 minutes with no real acknowledgement in servicing. Had to grab a sales team member who did his best to track down the team, but failed. Only two people in the service team and one present on the day!
I've had my ups and downs with some of the staff at the garage ! Jordan, Sarah and Charlotte and the reasons I stay loyal ..
From booking the service to the work being carried out the whole team from service advisor to technician nothing was to much trouble - real customer service!
As above, didn't feel particularly well looked after from the point of booking the car in. I did like the video of the concerns about the car that might need addressing - that was helpful.
Overall I have been impressed with the service I have received . I just want to mention that although my rear door problem has been resolved , since my car has been returned my mood lighting around the centre display no longer works
