Positives: gearbox & EGR valve replaced under warranty. Negatives: comms bad - phone calls not answered. If a message was left with reception, no one responded in a timely way.

MOT satisfactory, full service not carried out as it was not actually due until March 2020, yet computer display still showed November 2019 Also computer was not reset at my recent visit, so I had to call & was directed to reset it manually myself

Really happy with how quickly the work was done and how sparkling clean my car was when I picked it up. Tiny bit disappointed that the new lamp cover doesn't match the other one but to be fair, I didn't mention this before it was fitted.
