The exhaust value needed replacing, 3 week wait for a servicing slot so Mini Recovery came out and changed it, but then it still needed to go back in for a software update - which took a whole day. Barons is the wrong side of Cambridge for us

Brilliant customer service. Very happy overall. The car needed a major repair and Sarah, the Senior Customer Services Adviser was amazing, keeping us informed on the progress.

The staff were great but clearly overworked. There were long queues and long waits to be seen in the service reception which seems unnecessary if you're operating an appointment system. A

I didn't get a call for an update about my service, only when I started chasing after 4pm I spoke to someone in sales who tried to get someone to call me back. There were many issues as well as my last visit and I cannot list all of them now

The women on the desk checking cars in and out were lovely The car I borrowed was grubby, there was litter in the car and the inside could have done with a vacuum - I was surprised, especially as it was relatively new.

When I booked the service I advised that I would be waiting for the car only to be told that this info had not been passed on to the service team and could be 5/6 hours or more wait ?? Only by chance a loan car became available. Was not a happy!

The service reception staff were really friendly and kept in contact with me. My only comment is, I had all four tyres changed and my alloy wheels were scratched (slightly), the very reason I didnt take to the local tyre service.
