Very efficient and helpful. Prompt contact from Sarah when there was an MOT failure that needed to be addressed. All sorted through the warrantee.
The team didnt manage to track down the reported fault (stop-start not happening). I had so many different (verbal) explanations I didnt feel I really understood what it might mean or what they had actually investigated.
First class effective
Service was performed as requested. Request to update the sat nav maps wasn't done. Given that the service was booked 3 weeks in advanced, asking me to ring the parts department on collection was hardly satisfactory. Why wasn't I told that before?
No help with repairs for a clutch
Mini were fab, sorted me out with a brand new car within a week. On collection it was smooth and the car was ready for me, they went over the car with me and made sure it was ready for me to drive away.
Rebecca Mead was our sales lady and she explained everything in detail but in ways that we would understand
All dealt with efficiently, after some confusion when booking in.
It was filthy and I was a bit embarrassed as I hadn't had a chance to clean it for a while-it came back sparkling clean thank you
Because I was completely satisfied.
Told me a lot of work needed covered by warrenty then decided it wasnt covered . Took it to sycamore mini who gave me a courtesy car and collected mine from my door and turned out to be different issue to what barons had advised - absolute scam.
Helpful and efficient although nobody was there at 7.45 when you were meant to be open at 7.30 so had to wait around for 30 mins. Other staff were helpful in trying to find someone to help.

Collecting my Mini is really handy as I cant always take leave from work

I took advantage of the collection and return service offered.
This was the second time in a row that I took my car in for a tyre change, to wait and then be told 'someone ' had ordered the wrong size tyre for my mini. Again I had the inconvenience of having to take a courtesy car and exchange my car At work
Work done fairly quickly and efficiently , mini given a good clean as well !
Service pack extension not showing as available for my car - no one can tell me why not.
Easy process, explained everything that had been done and gave advice on oil consumption.

You are treated very well in the Centre, tea, coffee, snacks and beautiful cars to look at. The staff are very friendly.
Service & upgrade was fine but next morning I noticed that the cars computer had not been reset which necessitated a special trip back to the service centre. Fortunately I only live a few miles away.
Car was delivered sooner than I expected and so far has met my expectations
I have had a few hiccups with aftersales experience which I am still awaiting to be fully resolved.
the young lady Sarah was very hospitable and the technician who checked my car filled it with oil as required at my request..Couldnt be nicer
Difficult to get hold of anyone on the phone and asked for a quote for winter tyres and a tow bar which was forgotten about on the day which was not a problem but still not heard anything back after a few weeks.
I was able to book my car in for its replacement parts and MOT quickly with availability and kept updated throughout.
Issue not resolved
There was a mix up with the hire car which wasted quite a lot of time and made me late for work. I also had to pay double for the hire car because it was an Enterprise car not owned by Mini.
