Called about 1 month in advance of end of warranty period / 1st MOT, but first appointment with loan car availablity was over 3wks away. Had to wait 3hrs at the dealership instead. On both occasions I've used you there has been loan car available.

It would have been great if I could have got everything sorted at the same time but the ridiculous cost of having new brake pads fitted by Barons meant I had to go elsewhere to get them done. Barons were two and a half times the price of other quotes

Everything went well on the day. The booking process was very frustrating and disappointing to start with, then improved when I complained. The courtesy car was manual; I had asked for automatic.

The service was appalling, over £1000 for a service and tyres. I had a care package that was apparently mis-sold to me by another Mini dealer as it didn't cover the cost of the service. I was also pressured? into spending £600 on a set of tyres.

The mini garage called me a couple of days before and confirmed my car was in for a service on the Tuesday of that week. Confused, I called back to confirm it was actually the Thursday booked in, as suspected. No apology on arrival.

When I booked my mini in for its service I requested that I drop it of at 9am and that I would need to collect it at 12. it wasn't ready at 12 or 3 in fact I had to leave it over night because I could could get back in time. Very inconvenient

Timing as promised and no fuss, even though the garage had mistakenly had me in the system for an 8am appointment (I turned up for the 11am slot which I had asked for).
