No curtesy car available. ( always has been for the last 14 years that I’ve had a mini). Staff not that friendly. quoted £20.00 for hire car for the day. Ended up being 33.00! You need more courtesy cars

Downside you didn't collect on the day booked in despite booking a month beforehand and despite my calling at around 11 am that morning to be told you were running late nobody called to say it wouldn't be collected and I had to phone the next day

Used the collection service - my car wasnt returned on the same day as expected and returned on the following morning which meant I couldnt make it into work on time.

The only fault was trying to reach the service desk (difficult) and trying to confirm the appointment. I called on a Saturday and the receptionist did not have access to the diary to check my appointment time.

My first experience with a Mini 'garage' and was very happy with the service i received. There was a problem with the pistons in my car which appeared after i left the garage after my service. But it was sorted straight away at no extra cost to me.

My booking was completely messed up - it felt as if it was my problem not the companies for having made a complete mess. I paid extra for TLC and expected a proper valet. Car vaguely hoovered but not dusted/polished. Why did I pay for TLC? Poor!

Not kept up to date as to how car was doing. Rattle not eliminated, garage claim it did does not exist. Additional rattle now after car been in workshop.
