Because they didn't provide a hire vehicle for the service for my vehicle. I had to rely on family transporting me. Otherwise I would have given a answer of 5 (Completely Satisfied).

No one could seem to help or give me any answers and i left without my car when and had to get a lift back to work and no way home as my car wasnt fully fixed in the first place

I feel the staff go above and beyond when my car is booked in for a particular reason. The car in addition is given a health check and feedback received and explained. Car wash is offered free of charge too.

the Service itself was good and the courtesy car available but getting through to them by phone to speak with them is very difficult took 3 attempts and took 30 mins

I am pleased with the overall service, was slightly confused by two people contacting me and my husband, I also thought that the car was cleaned inside and out so was slightly disappointed that it was only done on the outside. But will know from now

The Life Shine was not as through as I expected. There are a couple of minor problems which should have beeen picked up by quality control.

Satisfactory servicing but expensive and incredibly difficult to arrange. Centralised phone system gave a poor experience. Online booking generates a phone call rather than an actual booking.

The sales girl, Charlotte Cinque, who I believe has now left, was so professional, new the product, was not pushy, very clear in what she was talking about - and gave us a lot of time and satisfaction.Probably the reason we bought the car.

Since buying this mini a year ago there have been problems with one of the tyres losing pressure. The valve has been replaced twice but the problem remains. Now booked in again . I have to pump up the tyre every hundred miles!

I went in expecting to leave my car for 2 days but the technician, Dave came out, identified the problem and fixed it within 45 minutes so I could drive away the same day. Dave is an extremely nice chap who was willing to go the extra mile.

Great video. My MOT and service was on time and the courtesy car option was great. Also the results of the MOT and service were explained to me very clearly by an employee right at the end of her shift. I really appreciated that she took the time.

Extremely difficult to get through to book the car in for the service. Took me 3 days to speak to someone. From Barons I work less than 10 minutes away and no one was available to drop me off but a hire car was available.
